We sighted another minke whale today traveling down with the tide. Possibly the same animal as yesterday as this was also a juvenile of a similar size. Our first sunfish of the year was also recorded! As well as more storm petrels, half a dozen seals, 100s of Manx shearwaters and kittiwakes and a lone harbour porpoise. Overall, a fantastic diversity of species! There was a lot of bait fish offshore and high sea surface temperatures of above 15°C so all good signs for the coming weeks.
