Large easterly winds restricted us to the Fal estuary this afternoon but we managed to head offshore in the morning. Despite the 2m swell we still managed to record a hunting pod of common dolphins and a single harbour porpoise. On our second trip we recorded fallow deer and seals as well as a fantastic diversity of bird species up the estuary including a feeding osprey, a kingfisher, and a great white egret!

30 Common Dolphins, 1 Harbour Porpoise, 8 Atlantic Grey Seals, including pup and parents, 35 Fallow Deer, Manx Shearwaters, Kittiwakes, Gannets, 1 Osprey, feeding, 1 Kingfisher, 1 Great White Egret, 17 Little Egrets, 8 Herons, 2 Peregrine Falcons, 1 Buzzard
