There was a bit of a chop in the sea yesterday but we had two brilliant cruises. In the morning we got ambushed by a few juvenile common dolphins and then we recorded a large number of over 50 harbour porpoises quite close to shore, all hunting at speed below diving gannets and surfing in the waves, including several tiny calves. In the afternoon we were surrounded by common dolphins and shearwaters in all directions for the duration of the trip, with many of these coming over to bow ride Free Spirit.

+-300 Common Dolphins, hunting, covering a large area offshore, +-60 Harbour Porpoises, multiple small hunting groups in Gerrans Bay, 1 Ocean Sunfish breaching, 1 female Atlantic Grey Seal, 1000s of Manx Shearwaters, 100s of Gannets, hunting workups, Razorbills, including father and chick, Guillemots, offshore and flying through, Mediterranean Gulls, 5 Sandpipers, Compass Jellyfish
