Helloooo me Hearties.. what a contrast in the weather! We had to get a lovely day soooon as we have all been down, on two knees praying I can tell you. What a truly magical and incredibly exciting day it turned out to be today as we searched slowly and carefully through the rich and sheltered waters of Falmouth Bay which I’m thrilled and excited to be able share with you all gave us THREE different species of Cetaceans… Our 1st MINKE WHALE for 2018.. a sub adult @ approx 14 feet.. TWO completely different sightings and interactions with those large and stunningly beautiful RISSO’s Dolphins, the first group a maternal group of eleven with two of the females proudly supporting and showing of their little babies.. so cute, so adorable as there is nothing quite as adorable as a baby Risso’s Dolphin.. happily followed by some close up and personal views of their tiny little cousins.. those shy and ever so endearing little Harbour Porpoise, of which we had a lone individual just as we cleared the coastline followed sometime later on by a very active and visual, hunting group of seven Harbour Porpoise which brought excitement and happiness to us all!! The Minke Whale fairly making all our hearts pound with excitement and those stunningly beautiful Risso’s Dolphins, of which several of the adults were pure white, left us all in absolute wonderment and joyous amazement with beaming smiles of absolute joy and happiness.

We also were privileged to record our 2nd sightings of PUFFINS for this year whizzzzing through on their tiny buzzzzzing wings.. along with continuous  showings of Manx Shearwaters passing us by offshore followed by a “ BONXIE “ Great Skua to name just a few from today’s fun filled and incredibly exciting dedicated wildlife cruise.
